At MyWishDesign, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
1. Return Eligibility​
Items must be returned within 30 days​ of receipt. To qualify for a return, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, with all original tags attached. Hats must be returned in their original packaging without signs of wear. Personalized or sale items may have different conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return​
To start the return process, please email us at mywishdesign@outlook.com​ with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions along with the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
3. Inspection and Refund Process​
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days​ after inspection. Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges​
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock levels. Exchanges are processed as a new order once the returned item is received and approved.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items​
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
